Responsibilites
- Program Governance and Communication:
- Change Control Management
- RAID Management
- Stakeholder communications Strategy
- Program Procurement
- Program Tracking and Monitoring
- RAID management logs and ongoing tasks
- Program Document Library
- SharePoint administration
- Processes documentation (i.e. user guides)
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (incl. English skills)
- Experience in communication to Program Management/Stakeholder level
- Must have: at least 2 years of professional experience in PMO support for Projects at large commercial organizations
- Experience in project reporting (Program Milestones, RAID's, KPI's etc.)
- Extraordinary conceptual and analytical capability
- Experience in working with data sources and building reports
- Advanced user level experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced user level experience with MS SharePoint
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Previous experience of supporting Projects with use of financial and non-financial tools/systems
