Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment of all management and support positions across all functional groups within the care services business segment
- Develop relationship with the managers from different functions
- Handle local and HR projects
- Maintain department budgets and manages forecast
- Support employer branding activities

- Experience of working with recruitment systems such as Taleo
- Fluent English Language skills – verbal and written are mandatory
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within international companies is appreciated
