Pure Jatomi has just launched in Turkey. Our pre-sales have been amazing and our plans are ambitious. We have first class facilities in great locations and the experience from our network of Pure health clubs across Eastern and Central Europe to enable us to go from strength to strength.

 

To maximise the potential for our business in Turkey we need a Regional Business Manager based in Istanbul.


This is an extremely varied role that offers an excellent opportunity to grow with a vibrant and evolving business. The position is extremely hands on so candidates must have an outgoing character and be the type of manager that leads their team from the front.


Reporting to our Director of Operations (Turkey) you will work closely with the General Managers in our growing network of Health Clubs and Spas. Key aspects of this role include

  • Financial and operational accountability for a cluster of Health Clubs and Spas
  • Coaching and mentoring General Managers to achieve ambitious targets for each club
  • Driving the sales of membership, personal training and related income streams
  • Ensuring best practice and consistently high standards are achieved across the region
  • Championing outstanding customer service
  • Managing the launch of new clubs within the region.

To succeed in this role you will have already worked in the leisure industry managing multiple sites. You will be experienced in motivating a team and delivering strong financial results. Above all we are looking for a commercial flair and excellent communication and organisation skills.

 

Experience of driving sales and coordinating marketing activity is key; as well as a proven track record of recruiting and managing a successful team.

 

The successful candidate must be fluent in English and willing to learn Turkish if they do not already speak it. You must also be willing to relocate to Istanbul if not already based there.
