Our client is a is an American multinational medical devices and pharmaceutical, whose goal is to provide services in a highly cost-effective and compliant manner.
Your new role
In this position the main responsibilities will be to serve as a single point of contact for the interactions between requesters and business, ensuring compliance to the processes and leading the team of R2P Associates. Within the new role you will be responsible for managing purchase order process from the creation of the request up to delivery (the whole end to end procurement process) and managing suppliers: data collection (updates in ERP systems) , supplier negotiations, process payment requests and disputes. You will have responsibility for managing a group of R2P Associates. The R2P Lead would also be responsible for insuring a seamless experience for requesters/business partner when using the sourcing and contracting services by coordinating the process and building strong business partnership with key stakeholders by representing and promoting the R2P capability.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have 5 - 7 years of experience in customer support and procurement processes (requisitioning, PO, invoicing). You should also have demonstrated experience in team management (at least 2 years) . Moreover you should also have ability to build strong business partnership and be flexibility in the fast moving environment. Preferable (but not a must) - experience with Six Sigma Black and/ or Green Belt. English is a must.
