Retention Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day activities and performance of Retention Team
- Construct and execute effective work plans
- Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company
- Implement effective retention strategies in order to exceed monthly/annual expectations
- Responsible for the recruitment and training of new employees
- Monitor and evaluate calls
- Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and coach staff
- Ability to increase productivity and bottom line results
Requirement:
- English – Mother tongue level / high level
- Experience working with a global and multi-lingual company
- Minimum 3 year of experience as a head of retention preferably in financial services or call center setting.
- Minimum 4 years of personal trading experience
Full professional training will be provided.
