For our Client a global leader in plastic packaging solutions we are currently looking for a Sales Manager.
The person working in this position will be responsible for sales development in the region – building and developing relations with existing customers as well as acquiring new customers (international and local manufacturers of food & beverage, personal care products, household products, etc.). Sales Manager will be accountable for market analysis, preparing customized offers and solutions for clients, leading complex negotiation process, cooperation with internal departments (plant manager and logistics manager). Moreover, the candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers in the region.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in packaging or related industrial sector. Fluent command of Polish and English and master’s degree (preferably Engineering, Economics, Business Administration) is a must. We are looking for a Candidate with strong business development skills, proven track record in acquiring new large accounts, self-confidence and very good presentation and negotiation skills. The job requires extensive business travels (at least 50% working time). Strategic-thinking, natural leadership, ability to break down the sales strategy into clear set of goals and activities would be the key factor of the success in the position. Experience in managing a small team will be a strong asset.
