Automatic selection of candidates is an innovative service of Praca.pl. It shortens the recruitment process significantly letting you browse in the first place only those applications that meet basic criteria determined in the job advert.



In order to use the options of the automatic selection of candidates you need to fill in the fields concerning requirements to a candidate. It is important to enter this information when composing your job advertisement as after posting it this will not be possible. The filled fields will be displayed in the form of questions to each candidate who responds to your job advert. Answers given by candidates will let us filter and sort the applications in proper order. When you log in to your account on Praca.pl and proceed to "My list of candidates" on the top you will see the applications of the best candidates who match your criteria and also a ratio indicating in what extent the candidate meets your requirements. You may reject the incoming applications or qualify for further recruitment process.
