Senior Test Manager / up to 100zł/h

Rate: up to 100PLN/h

Must haves:

• ISTQB certification

• BI experience!

• Experience with infrastructure projects & technical knowledge

• Experience with working in agile/scrum based environments

• Capability to work independent on task

• Excellent analytical mindset & planning skills

• Experience in project work disciplines, from requirements specification to implementation

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Good at documenting results

• Knowledge of or experience in HP Quality Center

Nice to have (they give you bonus points!):

• Knowledge of either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian will be a tremendous advantage

• Previous experience within the banking domain

• Knowledge of component-based development

• Knowledge of browser-based development

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being responsible for daily project work

• Estimation of test effort together with the test team

• Planning required test resources together with project manager

• Writing test plans

• Static tests (Review of requirements, test cases, code, system documentation etc.)

• Understanding project schedule dependencies and ensuring test milestones are met

• Managing day to day test activities

• Managing test team and following-up on test progress

• Communication with the customer /stakeholders in relation to test

• Train customer test resources in test areas e.g. use of QC, writing test cases etc.

• Ensuring test preparation (e.g. test data, test environment, test structure in ALM)

• Planning and carrying-out System Integration & User Acceptance Test

• Ensuring defect management is in place & defect manager is identified

• Providing regular test status & progress reports to project stakeholders

• Ensuring test completion (declaring with PM that test is closed, archiving test data, test closure report).
