Senior Web Developer (Lead)

Opis stanowiska:
We are looking for Senior Web Developer with leading experience to work in the new, start up IT services company.
- Publish and manage content,
- Work with templates in the content management system, adding content, metadata, attachments, graphics, links, and other visual elements to HTML pages,
- Build a strong working relationship with the Content Portfolio Lead, Content Lead, and content contributors,
- Partner with key stakeholders to suggest and implement content production enhancements,
- Create and maintain content contributor maps and site aggregation documents,
- Lead the documentation of content management standards for communities; ensure content management standards are applied,
- Manage the project pipeline,
- Lead a team of Producers as needed,
- Develop competencies of team members by providing coaching and on the job training,
- Manage day-to-day content management operations.

Wymagania:
- 3-5+ years of experience in web programming,
- Very good knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS,
- Good understanding of content management principles, relevant publishing technologies and knowledge infrastructure elements, leading online practices,
- Strong time management ability & relationship management skills,
- Ability to work independently, complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
- Experience of working on SharePoint or other content management systems is necessary,
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Proficient in business English.
