For our Client international company we are looking for:
Call Center Manager
Responsibilities:
- Check external provider performances and facilitate system and procedure implementation
- Work on the work environment in order to assure the best place to work ant to reduce the attrition
- Drive Contact center and Consumer Care strategy deployment at the local level
- Provide an efficient and customer focused service to end consumer
- Ensure effective handling of consumer/trade partners enquires to ensure high Consumer service level
- Ensure effective escalation and correspondence in line with high company standards
- Monitoring average call handling times to ensure correct number of agents to meet service level agreements
- Drive call avoidance to reduce cost and increase efficiency
- Ensure all communication with customers and trade partners is in line with best practice to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop plans and schedules for internal Call center (if applicable) guaranteeing an efficient and productive use of personnel and technology in order to ensure an optimal service delivery

- Min.3 years of experience on similar role in call center environment
- Fluent English
- Ability to work independently and continuously according to given processes
