Country HR Manager Poland – French speaking

Location: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintaining organization staff recruitment; counseling managers on candidate selection
  • Responsibility for preparing orientation and training programs per function, conduct induction trainings, follows trial period assessments
  • Managing talent and career path to limit attrition; detecting high level potential resources (staff and consultants) and proposing job rotation career plans
  • Preparing, conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes to decrease attrition
  • Ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraising of employee work results by training managers to coach employees; providing guidance to managers on education training programs
  • Maintaining a salary plan by conducting an annual salary surveys; preparing salary budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual salary increase plans;
  • Maintaining employee benefits programs and informing employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs
  • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource country requirements
  • Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

 

Personality and competencies:

  • Experience in dealing with senior managers and sometimes challenging individuals
  • Strong can do attitude, extremely positive personality
  • Taking initiative and working with little direction in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to coordinate work smoothly and deal with other crossfunctional teams and departments
  • Clear, confident and mature oral and written communication skills
  • Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude to the job
  • Having a long term career view and looking for a stable position in a growing midsized international company
  • Master's Degree with coursework in Creative Writing, Human Resources or Business Operation
  • Three to five years of related job experience in Human Resources Management, Benefits administration, Performance Management, Compensation and Wages Structure
  • Fluent French
