Customer Service Professional - Romanian speaker
Work location: Warsaw, Mokotów
Summary of primary job responsibilities:
Successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Romanian speaking customers – telephone & mail technical support. First technical line for users of electronic household devices (ie. TVs, DVDs, Blu-Rays).
Expectations:
High school graduate or above Fluent/native Romanian speaker Polish or English command for internal use Experience in Telephone Customer Support would be an asset Excellent verbal and communication skills Strong technical interest would be an additional asset Organization skills to balance and prioritize work Fast learner, self-motivated, with positive attitude Professional telephone manner
