Career opportunity for Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or Dutch speakers! For our Client, a company from technology and communication sector, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of ACCOUNT ADVISOR with SCANDINAVIAN or DUTCH language.

ACCOUNT ADVISOR will be responsible for providing customer service and solving and escalating software problems regarding functioning of mobile devices, via phone and email. The role involves using soft skills, properly handling the issues and following internal procedures. First weeks on the job will be devoted to an extensive training and preparing for the role by learning about the products, services and related software.

We are looking for Candidates with a University Degree and excellent interpersonal skills, who are fluent in one of the following languages: Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or Dutch. Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage, but is not obligatory.

Our Client offers full or part-time employment with flexible schedule, salary in range from 5000 – 6500 PLN gross (depending on language skills and experience), extensive trainings and an attractive benefit package.
