Customer Support Team Leader
Job description:
- Position is focused on leading the team to deliver exceptional service
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to team
- Ensuring that the service levels meet the requirements
- Coordinating internal and external communication
- Driving improvements in the processes
- Effectively plan and review the resource availability of the team to ensure adequate resources are available to meet forecast demand.
Requirements:
- English – fluent level
- Very good knowledge of English
- Experience in customer service
- Very good knowledge of Windows and MS Office
- Analytical skills
- Accounting Qualification preferred.
