- Analyze market requests regarding content maintenance or technical defect
- Raising ITSM tickets as dispatcher function
- Global market support regarding content maintenance
- Ability to handle according an escalation process
- Ownership in gathering knowledge, rather from self-study, knowledge exchange, best practice cases
- Conduct market surveys
- Creating guidelines and video tutorials
- Reporting of market requests
- Fluent English oral and written is required in order communicate with the client
- University degree, preferably in Information Technology or Business Administration domain
- 2 year of professional experience, preferable in Digital Marketing domain or with comparable domains
- Openness for gaining new technical knowledge in domain of digital marketing & ability to transfer knowledge effectively; Adobe AEM/CQX experience preferred
- Ability to deliver a high quality standard service and communicate accordingly with the client, de-escalation handling
- Ability to work independently and determine appropriate priority
- Understanding of various processes at a time and ability to present them in a clear manner to various stakeholder
- Experience with Windows Office required, JIRA, ITSM tool, Excel, PPT
- Strong personality with focus on a customer and goals achievements, analytical and focus on details
- Comfort in working in multi-cultural and challenging environment
- Proven skills to develop detailed project plan & coordinate issues across projects
- Ability to solve individual & complex as well as basic market request what requires a high level of self-study and collecting knowledge from different parties
- Covering all incoming market requests
- Improving ongoing the knowledge data base and being responsible for the knowledge transition
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
