Embedded Software Engineer (m/w) for telemetry and telematics applications
Location: Wrocław
Job description
- You will develop software for our devices and implement complex applications such as fleet management, industrial automation, emergency calls and personal security
- You will use the most advanced technologies such as GSM, GPRS, UMTS, Bluetooth, WLAN, GPS, GLONASS, GSM positioning, high-frequency transmitters and CAN bus
- Following applicable training, you will come up with your own design concepts and specifications for the software and implement them as part of a team
- You will work with modern development frameworks and a state of the art tool chain in a constructive and cooperative team atmosphere
- You will manage sub-projects for software for projects in the IoT field
Requirements
- You have a university degree (including technical college or vocational college) in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or an equivalent qualification
- You have several years' experience developing embedded software in C/C++
- Ideally the following skills would complete your profile: experience with Telit and u-blox GPS/GSM modules; embedded Linux; digital communication devices such as I²C, SPI, CAN, Ethernet; Python
- You have analytical skill and creativity and you enjoy your work
- You must have a good command of spoken and written English and business fluent German
