Under general direction, will be responsible for providing first tier support to end users for computer workstations, servers, application software and hardware.

Under general direction, will be responsible for providing first tier support to end users for computer workstations, servers, application software and hardware.
Wymagania:
- 1 to 3 years support desk experience
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential
- Experience with Support Desk Software, CRM or other ITSM Tools
- Good knowledge of Windows Operating system 7 and Microsoft Office 2013, 365
- Good background in networking concepts and technologies
- Strong communication and troubleshooting remotely skills
- PC/Laptop configuration familiarity
- Time management and organizational skills
- Process and documentation oriented worker
- Team oriented individual
- Good interpersonal and social skills
- Good adaptability and flexibility skills
Advantageous to have:
- Technical degree
- ITIL or Microsoft Certification
- Experience working with the following systems and tools
- Smartphone configurations (BES and Active Sync)
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
- Microsoft Exchange Console
- Microsoft Active Directory
- VPNs
- Java
- Oracle Applications
