Job description:
We are looking for IT, SAP Specialist to join IT department.
IT department consist of processes from three fields including services, applications and projects. Teams within the BSC are Masterdata, EMEA Region Service Desk, SAP Support as well as Sharepoint team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- 2nd level support (IT Service Desk being the 1st level) for named sharepoint applications in SP2010 and SP2013 platforms.
- Troubleshooting functional and technical incidents occurring within SharePoint area.
- Supporting Key user networks.
- Minor configuration and development (incidents, service requests, crs) according to support and change management processes.
- Maintenance of technical documentation that supports the systems.
- Participation in sharepoint platform service development.
- Participation in the improvement of Kemira sharepoint development processes and practices.
Requirements:
Desired skills and experience:
- Position requires fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience working with technology .NET.
- Minimum 1 year experience in developing and configuring applications in SharePoint 2010/2013.
- Knowledge of ASP.NET, C #, .NET Framework, Web Services, Visual Studio, IIS, Javascript, HTML(5) & CSS.
- Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 App Model.
- Knowledge of relational database MS SQL Server.
- Good knowledge of key ITIL processes around service delivery and operations, especially incident & problem management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Independence in carrying out tasks.
- ability to relocate to GDAŃSK
