Job Description:
• Process data management tickets generated by CRM users in a timely manner
• Manage amendments to company information in SAP CRM based on requests from users
• Creation of new contacts, Clients and data as well as making amendments to existing ones
• Process bulk sets of contact data
• Participation in data Migration and making manual changes
• Manage the research processes needed to make decisions about the validity of company changes submitted by users
• Support process of data migration from SAP to internal CRM
• Verification correctness and completeness of data sent by users
• Challenge user for more information when required
• Support the Marketing Team (based in London)
Requirements:
• Fluent knowledge of English
• 1-2 years of experience on similar position in SSC environment
• Higher education
• Computer literate and knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Attention to details and accurate data processing
• Team work and communication skills
