Position purpose
Interesting opportunity to work for client operating in Media & Entertainment sector, which covers media, news, and entertainment content companies. Our client has global operations in US, EMEA and APAC. We are looking for candidates who are ready to join our O2C Delivery Team, covering processes: Billing, Cash Application, Collection and Queries.
Main accountabilities
- Taking overall responsibility for the processes and team work organizationÂ
- Providing assistance to team members, ensuring that all work is done according to the agreed targets, performance evaluation, motivation, communicationÂ
- Demonstrates knowledge of Account Receivables area and support the team members as appropriateÂ
- Supervise the team to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to the Client, with agreed SLA’s and ensure these are fulfilled according to the timetable agreedÂ
- Supervise trainings to the current and future delivery team members. Ensure that processes are understood and being followed by the team membersÂ
- Focusing on continuously developing business relationships with Client, participate in the calls with Client
- On daily basis cooperate with management and client to bring additional value for the business processesÂ
- Build the positive and supportive team culture, and help team to improve efficiencyÂ
- Coordinates the job training for new joinersÂ
- Prepare logistics, coordinates transition trainings and work with transition manger to ensure proper delivery of transition tasks
Candidate’s profile
- Very good English skills (C1)Â
- German language would be an assetÂ
- Experience in O2C is a mustÂ
- Very good analytically skillsÂ
- Ability to enhance process and controlsÂ
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitudeÂ
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approachÂ
