Liaise with team (30), Delivery Manager, Client and HR. Team Leader provides a facilitative style of leadership with overall responsibility for the motivation, assists in resource planning, procedure, coaching and team performance.
Provides daily operational support to the team covering staff monitoring, feedback and assistance, monitoring performance, implement actions to achieve set goals. Works closely with Delivery Manager to achieve business goals.
- People/Line Management
- Active participation in hiring of new technical specialists
- Acts directly with the Project Manager in the evaluation of the team performance and risks
- Coaches soft skills for their team members
- On - boarding and supervising the probation period
- Identify potential risks and escalate to appropriate manager
- Monitor Clients satisfaction, responsible for feedback collection from adequate sources
- Responsible for people assessment and appraisal process
- Manage Team Budget (Traning & Team Bulding)
- Monitor motivation of team members, as well as their strengths/weaknesses
- Ensure personal development of team members
- Administration duties (intHR, goals setting)
- Performs all necessary actions on supervisor's reference
Technical skills/Professional knowledge
- University degree (preferred in sociology, psychology, HRM)
- Experience with hiring technical specialists
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in people management or similar position (hiring, appraisals, promotions, motivation, development etc.)
- Strong knowledge and experience in following areas: retention, engagement, development, total rewards, employees relations, labor law regulations
- Experience in directly managing medium to large development teams, preferably in an outsourcing/off-shoring setup
- Fluent English, Polish
Nice to have:
- Experience in IT and/or banking
- Understanding of Agile values and principles /support processes
- Project management skills and experience in managing internal projects
