Senior Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
- Support Program Manager starting in 2017
- Support Project Managers in Planning and Tracking activities in 2018
- Managing SharePoint
- Setup group meetings and conferences and communicate meeting minutes
- Managing and Track Costs (e.g. timesheets) and Cost Objects in PPM
- Following and facilitating SDLC procedures
- Support organizing Steering Committee packs, Project Kick-Offs
- Track Issues, Risks and JIRA's
- Track and Manage PPM in terms of costs and other PPM tasks
Requirements
- 5 years of Senior PMO experience on Program Level
- Securities or Settlement experience or knowledge (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- German nice to have
- Strong communication skills - able to communicate effectively with various Stakeholders
- Experience working cross location and cross divisional
- PMI certified (nice to have)
