For this Client we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Service Desk Team Leader.

Place of work: CENTRAL POLAND (relocation is REQUIRED – possibility of receiving a relocation package)

Description:
- Being responsible for the team of 15+ multilingual IT Advisors
- Organising the daily team duties, managing shifts schedules
- Managing escalations to the relevant 3rd line resources
- Ensuring all process impacting Service Desk are maintained and kept updated
- Ensuring high quality level of service with defined SLA’s and KPI’s.
- Monitor incoming requests ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner and within SLA
- Developing on-going training plans for team members
- Acting as a mentor to staff
Wymagania:
- At least 1 years of experience of holding a team leading position (leading teams of 10+ members)
- Knowledge of service desk and workplace support environment (KPIs, SLA, ITIL, incident management)
- Very good knowledge of English (at least at B2/C1 level)
- Knowledge of German is a must because of cooperation with multilingual team members
- Ability to establish excellent relationships with internal and external customers
- Proactive attitude at all levels of operational and strategic tasks
- High communication skills
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology
