Position purpose
As a Service Specialist at Procurement Service Desk you will have the possibility to widen your business and technical knowledge on all Procurement applications offered to our customers.
Providing services and solutions for efficient purchasing, we have a range of Source applications. The Procurement Service Desk operates as the hub for these corporate applications and acts as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) both internally and towards our customers around the globe.
Main accountabilities
- Execution of services to assist internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and manage eAuctions and do all the sign off documentation
- Phone support and train suppliers
- Be part of main release projects as the application responsible of the team
- Lead customers in using efficiently all functionalities of Procurement applications
- Work with continuous improvements of internal processes, routines and the development of new services for our customers
Requirements
- Fluency in German & very good knowledge of English
- Experience in Customer Service area
- Client and value adding mind-set
- Strong social and communication skills with focus on quality and time
- Ability to take own initiatives and to think outside the box
