Your new role
Will be part of an European HR function and you will be managing teams for various European countries in charge of HR transactions. Stakeholder interaction and service excellence are among the main responsibilities. Moreover you will be responsible for offering support to the team members in solving customer cases, recognising their performance and ensure that the team meets compliance requirements and they have a well build development plan.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience in HR / Payroll processing, experience in Core HR process outsourcing (HR helpdesk, payroll etc), Knowledge of global HR policies & Practices and proficiency in English in business context. Exposure to various HR tools and technology is a plus.
