Job description:
- providing first line support for business clients in Spanish,
- implementing the process of solving incidents and requests,
- external and internal communication through phone, chat, email,
- promoting an outstanding service.
Requirements:
- experience in a help desk / service desk / customer service position,
- availability 24/7,
- fluency in Spanish and English,
- “customer first” mentality and professionalism,
- ability to multi-task and setting priorities.
