Engineering Sales Manager

Requirements:
- Approximately 5-10 years of experience in technology driven organization
- A technical background (engineering)
- Proved track record in developing own local clients and market through an effective sales effort
- Experience in leading technical staff
- Strong people management skills
- A natural leader with ambitions and a special drive to succeed through others by delegating responsibility as well as contributing to the results yourself
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Take over the management and the local lead of our engineering office in Krakow
- Establish a local customer base in Krakow and in the rest of Poland
- Ensure a positive development of our activities in Poland with a strong focus on sales and new customers
- Achieve overall strategic goals for the company
- Determine sales strategy in collaboration with the management and follow up on customer satisfaction
- Daily management and development of employees, primarily through team leads and administrative staff
- Ensure that internal capabilities and competencies match customer needs
- Responsibility for top and bottom line to ensure that economic growth develops as planned/ budgeted
- Responsibility for establishing and follow up on the relevant control and measurement systems (sales, execution, performance contracts, billing, cost)
- Ensure that the guidelines are followed, as well as contribute to the development of these
