ERP Support Consultant (m/f)
Main responsibilities:
- Investigate, document and resolve the application problems passed to the Customer Services Support team via System.
- Provide a professional, efficient and effective support service to Customers.
- Process all service requests accordingly to SLA.
- Deliver application support and services to our customer base remotely.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement.
Requirements:
- Great customer service skills.
- strong verbal communication skills.
- strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Fluent English knowledge.
- Previous experience of working with ERP/Finance/Procurement systems will be an asset.
- Previous experience of working in a Customer Service environment.
