Events & Campaign Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to manage campaigns and communications planning for events, for which you will also act as an event reporter
- Support campaigns and communications planning for learning programs, and their execution, with support from the wider Marketing and Communications team
- Take end-to-end responsiblity for stakeholder management of internal clients, focusing on their demand for ad-hoc campaign management and communications advisory and support
Activities
Creative support during events:
- Travel to international campus events in France and India as an event journalist (roughly 8-10 weeks per year)
- Participate in auditorium and classroom activities to capture key content and highlights, translating them into reports for wider audiences
- Create and execute social media plans (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Yammer, Capgemini’s internal social media platform)
- Interview VIPs and event participants for written and video communications
Campaign support:
- Suggest best campaign and communications approaches, practices and deliverables and learn and use internal communications tools and platforms
- Coordinate the work of internal and external Marketing and Communicatons support to deliver defined projects for clients on time and to expectations
- Develop communications collateral both for internal Marketing and Communications and a vast variety of other internal Capgemini clients
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Event Lead to align extended support between their strategy and Capgemini’s internal comms priorities
