Description:
- Working with HP Service Manager
- Setup a Data Model to support 80+ Reports for SLA/KPIs Reports
- Change HP Service Manager accordingly to input date into trouble ticketing tool
- Extracting data to produce Reporting and SLA-KPI Measurements form HP Service Manager
- Coding 80+ reports to fulfill agreed reports and KPI Measurements
- Setup tool to produce automated production of those reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly etc.)
Requirements:
- In-depth Excel skills
- Programming skills related to Excel, macros etc.
- Fluent German language skills
- At least intermediate English skills
