For our client, a major multinational manufacturing company with Head Quarters in Poland, is looking for a strong candidate for the newly created position of Executive Assistant. The selected candidate will report directly to the Board Member responsible for the in-house legal team.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Support Board Member across a wide range of activities
- Manage correspondence in Polish and English with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain calendar and perform all necessary scheduling of meetings
- Prepare and manage various legal documents/contracts
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics (airline tickets, restaurants, conference rooms, hotels)
- Organizing, scheduling and participating in internal meeting, preparing reports
- Preparing expense reports
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Providing support in ad hoc tasks

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- University Degree a major advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in a Board/Executive Assistant role
- Experience in a legal setting (Law Office or In-house Legal) highly desired
- Highly elastic availability in order to provide occasional support after typical working hours
- Good knowledge of MS Office products (PP, Excel, Word)
- Ability to prioritize and manage efficiently tasks ranging from strategic to very practical ones, occasionally under stressful conditions
- Must be pro-active and energetic and capable to work independently and always with a positive attitude
- Conscientious, reliable, able to work independently
- Integrity and reliability are essential
- Good English required, written and spoken
- At least 3 years of experience in a Board/Executive Assistant role
