For this Client we are looking for professional Managers in ITIL area – Incident or Problem Manager.
Place of work: NORTH-CENTRAL REGION OF POLAND (full relocation as a preference, for very experienced candidates a partially remote system of work is possible)
As a Manager you will be responsible for managing the ITSM processes.
The responsibilities will differ according to the specialization within the ITIL processes. The general range of activities and tasks to be undertaken includes:
- Executing the process tasks taking into consideration global and local requirements
- Coordinating and managing the process activities
- Finding the root cause of escalations, providing well-prepared RCA within define timelines
- Performing regular team meetings and one-to-one sessions
- Reporting KPIs and customer SLAs, attending regular SLA reviews with Clients
- Identifying and planning process improvement's projects
- Handling Client escalations, resolving them with satisfactory results
- Cooperating with suppliers, contractors, 3rd parties, etc.
- Building strong linkages with all core ITIL processes as part of the end-to-end process.

Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in IT, Telecommunication or Economics discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in ITIL Process Management (Incident, Problem)
- Fluent English is a must - cooperation with Europe and/or USA
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL and IT process delivering
- Broad understanding of network, servers, operating systems, help desk processes and procedures, etc.
- Working knowledge of ITIL Process Management frameworks such as ITIL v3, TQM or ISO 9000:2000 (certification is not required but is a plus)
- Knowledge of contract preparation and SLA's
- Proven leadership skills, ability to build trust-relationships and to work with business side, internal teams and external clients including teams/clients overseas
- Excellent verbal communication skills – ability to speak clearly with both technical and non-technical customers in a support role.
- Organizational and analytical skills, accuracy and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
