EXPERIENCED RECRUITER / CLIENT MANAGER WITH ROMANIAN LANGUAGE

For over 15 years Hays provides award-winning HR and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services to many leading organisations.  For one of our new global RPO contracts we are looking for an experienced Romanian speaking Recruiter / Client Manager to be based in Poland. Our Client is a Fortune 100 business which is ranked, by Fortune Magazine, as one of the most admired companies in the world.

Working partly from Hays European SSC in Krakow or Warsaw, Poland, partly from client premises in Romania you will be proactively managing the recruitment process from requisition to placement across different client’s entities in Romania, providing a market leading RPO service and driving direct candidate sourcing initiatives whilst developing and promoting the relationship between yourself and stakeholders.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Proactively manage the recruitment process from requisition to placement with a focus on the direct sourcing of the highest quality talent
• Engage with stakeholders to promote the recruitment process
• Assist and train managers on the e-recruitment systems and relevant processes
• Ensure compliance with all service offerings and policies

You must be an experienced and driven recruiter, who is credible with proven relationship development skills and have a history of exceptional delivery to customers.
