For one of our Clients, international company, we are currently looking for a proper candidates interested in a position of Field Operations Executive.
The Field Operations Executive will act as the first point of contact for our agents throughout Poland, resolving operational issues in regards to product related queries, complaints, initial set up and on-going matters.
In addition, the jobholder will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of company initiatives such as software rollouts, product enhancements, IT development projects, training programs, etc. This includes installing point-of-sale applications at new agent locations, coaching as necessary on point-of-sale systems, procedures and telecom package. Agent liaison will be both over the telephone and face-to-face, and occasionally traveling will also be required.
We expect a candidate that has fluency in English, two to three years previous experience in a busy co-ordination role, ideally within a front-line customer service/sales support fast paced-environment; ability to multi-task and prioritize work-load in order to efficiently assist in business-related functions, e.g. in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Important will be also excellent customer service, problem solving, organizational and training skills, tenacious approach to ensure immediate and long term solutions are found, good understanding of IT and telecom issues in order to be able to explain and talk through system & telecom problems with agents over the telephone.
