Finance Manager (Gdańsk, Poland).
The successful candidate has experience of working in a Shared Service Centre environment who knows how to start up Shared Service Centres and how to transfer activities to Shared Service Centres. To be successful in this role you will need minimum 7 years accounting experience and an ability to capture accounting errors. We are seeking the candidate with experience of managing teams of up to 10 people who knows how to work with systems such as Hyperion/Cognos. Effective written and verbal communication in English is a must. Fluency in other European language will be an advantage. An ideal candidate for this position knows SOX/US GAAP and has ability to use Excel to advanced level. We are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be leading the accounting department. Main responsibilities will concentrate on supporting consolidation activities to ensure the accuracy numbers reported by a group of countries.
