If yes, we are looking for you. For our client, international consulting & technology enterprise, we are currently searching for experienced Candidate who is willing to work in Warsaw, Poland.

As a Finance Operations Senior Manager you will often travel to client locations across Europe. Perform current state analysis of finance processes and document "as-is" Process in core finance area. Articulate solutions and project methodology pertaining to finance function transformation or deployment of finance enabling technology applications relevant to the context in client conversations and demonstrate ability to sustain opinion with sufficient examples / expertise and assisting in formulating specific solutions to address prioritized gap. Supervise finance related processes in the form of flow charts and process narratives. Impart strong functional knowledge and guidance to Client and project team. Support in business development and marketing activities to grow the finance operations. Supervisory will be a played by a manager to ensure that the work/deliverables executed by his subordinates meet the quality expectations and meets clients expectations. Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures (in case of technology implementation). 

As Finance Operations Senior Manager you will demonstrate a breadth of experience and a depth of understanding of Finance function processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Record to report, Taxation, Financial /  Management reporting) to deliver large scale finance function consulting projects. Demonstrate ability to articulate solutions to clients and sustain opinion with sufficient examples / expertise. Deliver projects on implementation of enabling technologies (ERP applications, reporting tools, workflow applications etc.). Deliver projects on business process reengineering. Develop key thought leadership material on finance function. Provide offshore or onsite support in projects that run in different geographies

We require 6-10  years of work experience in finance function with project experience and skills in  finance area. A university graduate with finance or accounting background. Experience of finance transformation projects across all or any of the phases (Assess, Design, Build and Deploy). Test and Deploy skills,  preferably involving implementation of enabling technology and tools (e.g. workflow or document management systems). Strong people management skills acquired in project or operations environment. Working knowledge on leading ERP application (SAP or equivalent). Working knowledge on IFRS /  US GAAP. Excellent English and Polish communication skills (written & spoken). Other languages will be an asset. Preferred: German
