For our Client, international Company from building sector we are currently looking for experienced Candidates for a position of Financial Controller.

Tasks: responsibility for the monthly financial and economic reporting (financial statements, financial condition, fiscal situation); preparation of the annual budget of the company (P&L, treasury. Cash flow estimation, tax planning); active role in financing projects; financial and administrative support with the internal offers and projects; project analysis from an economic and financial point of view and responsible to be the contact person with the external auditors.
 
Requirements: Degree in Finance / Business Administration; 5-7 years of practical experience and at least two of them performing tasks with responsibility (previous experience in Big 4 company will be an asset and experience in construction / engineering companies will be considered); experience in monthly reporting and general budgeting; general accounting experience; substantial knowledge at tax and fiscal field (VAT, CIT); fluent English is a must.
