As a member of the Feature Team in Innovation Projects Area you will:
- provide applications in best quality as requested by specifications
- work in different roles across the whole solution lifecycle (requirement analysis, frontend-development, design, system integration, architect, support, etc.
- document your provided solutions- analyze root-causes in case of incidents and provide solutions for solving the problem
- support the business in case of effort estimations and feasibility studies
- perform code reviews and share best practices with colleagues;
- JavaScript Frontend (AngularJS, REACT, JQuery)
- HTML 5 , CSS, AJAX
- Java Development (J2EE, JSP, Spring, Hibernate)
- Build tools (Maven), Continuous integration experience
- High motivation and fast learning
- Good communication skills in English
Nice to have:
- Experience in Java BackEnd, SQL and FS company is a plus.
The Solution Delivery (SD) is accountable and responsible for project deliveries. SD ensures efficiency and quality of delivery - the right skills in the right place - establishes methodologies, processes and tools into the organization.
As Java Web Developer you will be engaged in providing the solutions to business problems of the banking industry. The team takes on responsibility for a portfolio of small to mid-sized applications. In this position you will be working in various roles along the full application lifecycle: development, integration, testing, documentation, maintenance, support and decommissioning.
During all these phases you will work closely together with your colleagues in the team, the local Delivery Management, worldwide distributed production and 2nd level support, as well as (mostly Swiss based) product owners.
As methodology we apply Rational Unified Process (RUP) by IBM and Agile/ Scrum. We document solutions with UML-Models in Enterprise Architect and Word Specifications.
