Your new company
Due to dynamic growth and development of our Client, who provides innovative personnel concepts and new alternative services in recruitment area for international market, we are currently recruiting for the position of General Recruitment Manager. Your new role Talented and passionate General Recruitment Manager who will join Management- board in Poland, will be responsible for providing, development, talent managing and make grown opportunities of them and ensuring recruitment service of candidates for the customers. You will manage, coach and motive a team of branch managers of company in Poland, marketing specialist, ICT and finance. You will be also responsible for develop recruitment and marketing strategy, look for new strategy and work proactively. In this position, you will ensure to achieve an effective fulfillment of vacancies according to agreed SLAs and KPI’s. To maintain the provision of high quality services of the company, the duties will include identify current and future trends on the Polish labour market to ensure that set performance targets are achieved, stimulate a positive working relationship within the branch offices in Poland and with the head-office abroad, accountable for commercial, administrative and organizational structure of company in Poland. In addition, you will be partner with relationships and external parties.
What you'll need to succeed
The desire Candidates for the position should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and an advanced knowledge of English and Polish oral and written. You should also possess leadership experience in Staffing services as well as a knowledge of social media. To be successful in this recruitment process you will need problem solving skills, superb interpersonal and development competences, be ability to multi-task and have willingness to visit on regular basis the branches in Poland and head-office abroad. Driving license B is an asset.
