For our rapidly developing Business Centre in Kraków we are currently looking for:

Genius Application & Process Specialist

Job Purpose:
Supports Divisional Management in enhancing/designing GTS operations/processes, through optimization of the Genius system. Co-ordinates key processes/projects (involving ITD & the Local Team) to centralize/de-centralize parts of GTS process flows that will provide improvements to legal & effective clearance related operations throughout the Division.
Provides advice & support to the Local Specialist Team in implementing & testing country specific system changes & maintains/controls centralized system documentation to ensure compliance with agreed standards.

Key Accountabilities:
- GENIUS application Configuration Process Owner Maintain SLAs (service level agreements)
- Review and approve local adhoc configuration changes
- Data owner of central specific master data
- Point of Contact for all local administrators (District Genius Application & Process Specialists)
- Training local administrator Test configuration loads Be resource of GIF/GEF (GENIUS import full / export full) projects for configuration related activities
- Maintain relationship with SD (service desk) and the business to track and improve on communication, service and issues
- Central Test Coordinator for the MTP (move to production)
- System performance monitoring - point of contact between the business and ITD

Requirements:
- Master Degree or professional qualification in computer or software engineering/science or quantitative Computer Education,
- Very good command of English (English is a working language),
- Good written and verbal communication skills,
- Experience in Information Technology and Mainframe Technologies is preferred,
- Excellent standard of numeracy / able manipulate data and present in meaningful format,
- Creative thinker with the ability to recognize improvement opportunities,
- Good planning, organizing and problem solving skills,
- Excellent knowledge of analytical concepts and engineering tools, 
- Ability to work effectively with different cultures and nationalities,
- Experience in customs clearance operations is preferred
- Experience in Program / Project Management is a plus
- Availability for limited travel in Europe.
