Opis stanowiska:
For our client - multinational SSC/BPO company based in Lodz - we are seeking candidates for the position of German-speaking Specialist.
Main tasks will include:
- providing daily support to German and English-speaking customers and vendors;
- handling incoming calls and email;
- answering customers’ queries;
- resolving discrepancies on customers’ accounts;
- preparing necessary documentation;
