For our Client, international Shared Service Company located in Tychy, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Global T&E Manager.

Global T&E Manager will be responsible for directing all operational and project related activities of the Global Travel and Expense Shared Services Team.

In addition to managing day to day corporate card and expense reporting operations, the Manager will be responsible for planning and executing the strategy to support all countries as they move to the Global T&E process and the Global Corporate Card and SAP T&E system. The Manager will provide analysis and decision support services on a global basis and will report to the GBS Global Manager Process owner based in USA

The Manager will be also responsible for planning and executing the strategy to support all countries as they move to the Global T&E process. This includes: determining staffing cadence based on country deployment schedule, structuring global operations (e.g., determining shifts, schedules, back up plans, etc.), recruiting and hiring staff, overseeing and approving procedures, process improvements, overseeing teams etc.

We are looking for Candidates who hold min. 2 years of experience as Managers in SSC/BPO Centers and lead a team of 30 people. Candidates are required to have strong English language skills (fluent in speaking and writing) and university degree in Business related field. Candidates must have strong leadership, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Also, Manager must have high level of independent judgement, experience in coordinating information flow between business units and team building ability (including recruitment of new employees).
