Global Technical Services Manager
Location: Warsaw

 

 

Global Technical Services Manager is responsible for innovation and technology solutions as part of Lionbridge Warsaw’s services portfolio for strategic clients.

 

The role’s key objective will be to promote, design, drive and deploy technical solutions supporting localization processes for a large IT client. This is a senior role with frequent customer interaction. In the role you may also interact with sales and pre-sales teams for technical-related topic for new clients, as well as provide support for project/program team during implementation of new solutions into project processes.

 

 

We are looking for a person who:
  • Has Master Degree in information technology or business management,
  • Speaks and writes flawless English,
  • Has minimum 3 years of experience in process management and deploying technology solutions and team management,
  • Knows how to build long lasting relationships with clients and has experience on customer facing position,
  • Has ability to implement changes within complex environment and can demonstrate experience in managing change in an organization,
  • Is familiar with Agile methodology and has experience in working using this methodology,
  • Good communicator and good listener, feeling at ease with coworkers from different functional units and different seniority levels,
  • Has strong analytical skills and experience in data driven environment,
  • Is technology enthusiast and self-motivator,
  • Seasoned problem-solver,
  • Likes challenges and new goals,
  • Is passionate and positive thinking, team player, open to peoples’ needs and emphatic.
