nadzór nad realizacją programu (portfela projektów) od strony technologicznej
zapewnienie odpowiedniej jakości i terminowości realizowanych prac
udział w spotkaniach i ustaleniach w projektach wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych
współpraca przy procesie ewaluacji wymagań na etapie przygotowywania kluczowych ofert handlowych
