Job Description:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with top decision makers at key clients, organizing and leading pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process.
- Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
- Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
- Performing the role of counselor and coach, providing input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
Key Competencies and Characteristics:
- Experienced manager with strong conceptual and interpersonal skills, with a key role in building the Products practice in Poland
- Should be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the Consultants in a range of environments
- Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consultingfirm
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
- Should possess strong program management skills

Minimum higher degree, MBA is preferred

7+ years of overall industry and/or consulting experience, consulting experience is a must.

Should have worked in the Grocery Retail industry or done extensive consulting with Retail clients (preferably with large international Retails companies)

Willing to work at client locations mostly across Poland, but also other locations, for short or long term
