Your new company
For our Client, a Global Business Services center newly established in Cluj-Napoca we are looking for an experienced professional, ready to join the team and manage the European Customer Service & Support Center.

Your new role
As a Head of the Customer Service & Support Center, your main responsibilities will be focused on Team management as well as Internal Customer management. You will have to collaborate with various internal departments to create, revise, or document proper processes, ensuring the achievement of set KPI's. Moreover you need to make sure that Customer contracts and related conditions are up on track and processed accordingly, propose solutions for Customers in bottleneck situations and to ensure the optimal performance of the department, based on the customer requirements.
Additionally you need to support, coach and develop the Team members and analyse trends and patterns among escalated cases, to identify root causes and act as an escalation point providing resolution in conjunction with the Customer Service Representative (CSE)

What you'll need to succeed
Advanced knowledge of English and preferable German.
Minimum 5 years of job experience, out of which minimum 2 years in a Managerial role, preferable in a similar area: Customer Service, Sales, Logistics or related. Advanced level of MS Office and working knowledge of SAP SD Module would be highly desirable.
Since you'll have direct contact with the Customers, strong interpersonal communication skills and highly customer focused are necessary competencies.
Moreover, the ability to coach and motivate team members to optimize team effectiveness and enhance team interactions will be needed.
