We are currently looking for a Human Resources (HR) Administrator to support our Belgian HR Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who seeks to work in an international environment and who is looking to learn and develop in the field of HR and Recruiting.
This person will be based in Warsaw, Poland. You will work directly with and report into the Belgian HR team and support them in coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. This role requires strong verbal and written English skills.
The role will be fulltime after a 3 month probation period.
- Coordinating interviews for KPMG Belgium
- Coordinating and scheduling in-person and phone interviews with candidates and hiring managers in Belgium and providing case studies to candidates.
- First point of contact for candidates when an interview is scheduled and close collaboration with the Belgian HR team
- Keeping track of interviews in the HR management system
- Booking rooms in Belgian offices through an automated room booking system
- Monthly reporting to the Belgian HR Team
- Other administrative tasks related to interview scheduling
- You have successfully completed a bachelor or master’s degree ideally in the field of HR, and you will also have:
- Very good English and French - verbal and written skills
- Accurate and precise way of working
- Diligent working methods, communication skills and high service orientation
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and
- First experience in general HR functions is preferred.
