Their Shared Service Centre in Kraków is constantly growing and we are supporting the process of hiring new team members to a HR department. If you have customer service passion, energy to drive change and undertake improvement opportunities, then this role is for YOU. As an HR Administrator, you’ll be expected to resolve customer queries in order to ensure high level of their satisfaction.
Your tasks:
- delivering all transactional and query management workloads to a competent standard
- dealing with customer queries related to HR mainly through mail & internal system and ensuring service level agreements are met
- processing of documents according to internal standards
- contributing to continuous improvement through identification of recurring queries/new processes/automation/standardization to simplify policies, processes and technologies
To be successful in this role you should have:
- fluent spoken and written English skills
- 1 year of experience in service delivery in an international environment
- willingness to travel for transition process up to 3 months
- understanding of continuous improvement
- effective listening and communication skills
- good working knowledge of MS Office tools
- knowledge of SAP HR, Workday and bespoke IT systems is preferred
