For our Client, an international outsourcing company (SSC) we are seeking to recruit motivated candidates for the position of:
HR Administrator with languages
Location: Kraków

Duties:
- HR administration of employee’s life cycle documentation (employment contracts, on-boarding documentation, exit certificates), transfers, compensation & benefits
- Supporting recruitment processes
- Feedbacks and performance management
- Preparing data for payroll purpose
- Providing HR data and reports
Requirements:
- BA or Master degree, or relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of European language on proficiency level (German, French, Spanish or Italian) – is a must
- Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a team as well as “can – do” attitude
- Very good analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Office
- SAP HR knowledge would be an additional asset
- Professional experience in the area of SSC would be an additional asset
