Opis stanowiska:
For our Client, a leading ITO and BPO brand, we are looking for candidates interested in the HR Specialist position in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
- Processing contractsand agreements (e.g. leave of absence, training reimbursement, etc.)
- Handling general correspondence (e.g. letters of reference, letters of confirmation, letters of service anniversaries, etc.) in collaboration with line managers
- Managing and updating personal files of current employees
- Monitoring all administrative data (e.g. pre-contractuals, contract set-ups, on-boardings, transfers, personal data changes, trainings, developmental credits, payroll data, permits, contract changes, departures, etc.)
- Processing salary changes and promotions
- Managing administrative issues and requests of retired staff
- Translating various documents
